The pair, rumored to be dating since 2023, shared the spotlight for the first time at the 14th annual NFL Honors event held at Saenger Theatre in New Orleans on February 6.
The recently engaged duo opted for matching black outfits, with the actress proudly displaying her exquisite engagement ring.

Despite their engagement announcement in November, this marked their first public appearance together.
The couple made things Instagram official on July 23, 2024, when the Buffalo Bills quarterback shared multiple photos featuring the Oscar-nominated actress.
While this was the first instance Allen posted a picture with Steinfeld, they had previously appeared together on social media.

In May 2023, the actor and NFL player were spotted enjoying time in New York City, with several pictures shared by both the New York Post and People, fueling romance speculation.
That same month, the duo was photographed at Sushi By Bou, a sushi restaurant in New York City.
August 2023: Josh Allen addresses relationship rumors
Allen seemed to touch on the ongoing speculation about his relationship during an interview on the “Pardon My Take” podcast on August 2, 2023.
Co-host Dan Katz jokingly referred to the rumors, accidentally mispronouncing a famous sitcom’s name while mentioning Steinfeld.
“Are you a fan of Steinfeld?” Katz inquired.
Allen replied, “I don’t know what ‘Steinfeld’ is,” maintaining a deadpan expression. “The show? Huge fan.”
Shortly after, Allen acknowledged the mispronunciation.
Katz playfully commented on his slip-up, to which Allen responded affirmatively to his humorous attempt.
Later in the podcast, the quarterback mentioned having a girlfriend, though he did not mention Steinfeld specifically.
The topic arose when co-host Eric Sollenberger brought up a recent article about a vacation where a headline referenced him making out with his girlfriend.
“It’s incredible that anyone cares about that,” Allen stated in disbelief.
He shared how the presence of paparazzi makes him uncomfortable and insecure.
“They were on a boat,” he said, referring to the photographers he came across during a vacation. “I just felt this gross feeling. Insecurity, loss of privacy, just, what’s wrong with you?”
September 2023: Hailee Steinfeld attends a Buffalo Bills game and shops with Josh Allen’s mother
In September 2023, Steinfeld appeared to have attended a Buffalo Bills game at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York.
Fans on X shared photos of a woman believed to be Steinfeld.
The woman, sporting a red baseball cap and a tan hoodie, was spotted as Allen led the Bills to a 38-10 victory against the Las Vegas Raiders.
On September 30, 2023, the shop Leveled Up Buffalo in East Aurora, New York, posted a picture on Instagram featuring Steinfeld shopping alongside Allen’s mother, Lavonne Allen.
The photo featured the three women smiling together while holding two shopping bags, with the store captioning it, “Pinch me.”
January 2024: Hailee Steinfeld comments on a ‘football boy’
On January 7, 2024, Steinfeld attended the Golden Globe Awards and was questioned about the fascination surrounding “Hollywood girls loving football boys,” likely referencing both her relationship with Allen and Taylor Swift’s relationship with Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs.
Steinfeld remained coy, opting for a smirk and raised eyebrow instead of a direct answer.
