Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky Reveal Baby’s Name and Gender
New information regarding Lady Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polansky’s first child together has surfaced just a week after it was revealed that they have become parents.
The couple has welcomed a baby girl named Rose Bean Polansky, as confirmed by the birth certificate acquired by TMZ on Thursday, September 17.
The report also disclosed that Gaga’s daughter was born on June 9 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

On Friday, September 11, news broke that Gaga, 40, and Polansky, 42, had quietly welcomed their first baby earlier this year.
That same day, Page Six shared photos of the Grammy-winning artist holding a baby during a walk with her partner, seemingly confirming the joyous news.
Gaga, who has been engaged to Polansky since 2024, has openly expressed her desire to become a mother over the years.
“I really hope that when I have maybe a little girl one day, or a little boy, and they see mommy put her makeup on, that they share the same experience that I did [with my mom],” she shared in Allure in July 2019. “That’s the greatest gift of all when you can bond with your parents.”
That December, while already dating Polansky, the “Poker Face” singer discussed her 10-year aspirations, highlighting parenthood as one of her goals.
“I want to do more movies, I want to have babies, and I want to continue to grow the behemoth that is Haus Laboratories into the makeup brand of my dreams,” she stated in a YouTube video.
Gaga even envisioned her future as a mother a year before welcoming her baby girl.
“Disappear? I don’t think so. But I believe that music will play a role in our child’s life,” she shared on an episode of The Howard Stern Show when asked if she would step back from fame post-motherhood. “I will also need to gauge what our child requires, you know?”
The Joker actress mentioned to Howard Stern that she hopes her future children will experience “a very safe and happy childhood.”
Gaga emphasized that her children would “become my No. 1 priority” when the moment arrives.
Although neither Gaga nor Polansky has publicly addressed their expanding family, Gaga has previously expressed her delight in finding “the One” in the venture capitalist.
“I had never encountered anyone quite like Michael. He is incredibly intelligent and kind. Our lives are very different,” Gaga shared with Vogue in September 2024. “He values his privacy and is not with me for any other reason than that we are perfect for each other. What I want my fans to understand is that I’m genuinely happy. I’m healthy.”
