Machine Gun Kelly Claims He Only Eats “A Few Times a Week”

Machine Gun Kelly recently shared details about his eating habits in a resurfaced video, causing concern among fans.

In the clip, shared by the Instagram account @hiphopnmore on July 7, the 35-year-old artist reveals during a live stream that he eats only a few times a week.

“I had that burger because we’re streaming, and it’s my man’s stuff, you know?” he explained.

One of the men in the video asked, “If we weren’t streaming, what would you have for dinner?” to which Kelly responded, “probably water.”

When asked if not eating regularly made him feel lightheaded, Kelly admitted, “Yeah, sometimes. I’ll eat a couple times a week.”

He mentioned that he occasionally drinks celery juice and coconut water, with his meals typically consisting of “bone broth with kimchi and sauerkraut.”

“Because it has probiotics, you know?” he added. “When you do those water fasts, what’s crazy is it can kill all the good bacteria in you, too, so you need to add probiotics.”

The timing of the video is uncertain, but Kelly indicated that he felt unwell at that moment due to not having his coffee and cigarettes.

“Bro is describing anorexia,” one fan remarked.

Another added, “His friends hyping up this delirium is wild. ‘Healthy as hell’ = Malnourished and just loading up on coffee and cigarettes. But I drink bone broth… I’m good. Cool 😂”

“My dad has suffered from anorexia for most of his adult life, and this is exactly how he sounds,” shared a third commenter. “It took me a long time to realize he had an eating disorder because we never discuss men having it. His vice is alcohol instead of cigarettes…He’s 74 this year and has suffered many alcohol-related and low body weight-induced illnesses; I truly have no idea how he’s alive.”
