They added, “OMG. I made the Honey Lemon Layer Cake with Raspberry, the pasta from the first episode, and the Focaccia. Everything was so good. If you do nothing else, make yourself one of these. I’m planning to try the Tempura Fried Chicken next.”

The eight-episode With Love, Meghan offers a glimpse into the Duchess of Sussex’s life in Montecito, California, with her husband Prince Harry, and shares tips on baking, cooking, crafting, and hosting, featuring visits from several well-known personalities.

“You just put the dry pasta in, pour boiling water over it, and that’s it,” Meghan explained on the show, emphasizing the simplicity of crafting the dish at home.

With Love, Meghan has elicited mixed reviews from viewers since its release on Tuesday, March 4, on Netflix.

The show’s director, Michael Steed, commended Meghan’s culinary skills in an interview with People. “Her cooking is really impressive. While she’s not a chef, and it’s not intended to make her appear as one, there’s a clear passion for cooking that shines through,” Steed stated in an interview published on Saturday, March 8.

The moment has finally arrived to explore Montecito. After much anticipation and numerous sneak peeks, Meghan Markle’s With Love, Meghan premiered on Netflix on Tuesday, March 4, at 3 a.m. ET — but prior to that, Us Weekly managed to watch advance screeners of all eight episodes. Here’s everything we discovered from binge-watching the Duchess’s experience.

Contrarily, celebrity chef Jameson Stocks critiqued the show unfavorably. “I honestly found it lacking. Everything — the music is quite slow, it feels sluggish, and it’s somewhat painful to view. I believe she should return to acting,” he remarked in an interview with GB News. “She’s quite good at acting, whether in real life or on screen. People should focus on what they excel at.”

With Love, Meghan is set to return for a second season, which has already been filmed, later this year.
