Natalie Joy Shares Insights on Postpartum Recovery with Nick Viall

Nick Viall’s spouse, Natalie Joy, is experiencing a challenging postpartum phase after welcoming twins last month.

“This recovery has been exceptionally tough on me,” Joy, 27, shared on her Instagram Story on Wednesday, July 8. “My body feels like it’s gone into shock, lol, and I feel like I was hit by a bus!!!”

The Age of Attraction cohost highlighted that despite the difficulties, there has been much joy, stating, “But my girls are officially 1 week old (as of yesterday at 11:30pm) 💗💗.”

Joy, who welcomed twin daughters Iris Parker and Dove Tomlin on June 30, later posted a side-by-side image of her body transformation one week postpartum.

“It’s mind-blowing to see how different these pictures are, just one week apart,” she remarked alongside two mirror selfies displaying her stomach before and after giving birth.

Joy admitted, “I invested so much energy worrying about whether I would ever feel like myself again after a twin pregnancy. While I am FAR from my old self, it’s incredible to witness the female body in action.”

As Joy navigates her postpartum experience—while also caring for the couple’s 2-year-old daughter, River Rose—her husband, Viall, 45, is working to make her journey easier.
