Tom Brady Celebrates Son’s 19th Birthday with a Touching Tribute
Tom Brady is joyfully commemorating his eldest son Jack’s 19th birthday with much enthusiasm.
“Happy 19th birthday, Jack! 🎉 August 22, 2007, is a day I’ll always remember because that’s when you arrived and captured my heart (and my sleep… and my patience… Hahaha),” Brady, 49, shared via Instagram on Saturday, August 22, while displaying a series of nostalgic family pictures. “You’re kind, thoughtful, empathetic, and brimming with love!”
The NFL legend added, “I’m incredibly proud of the person you’ve become. You fill my heart with immense joy, and I am grateful to be your dad. I am excited to see what the future holds.”
Brady, who shares Jack with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, also posted this heartfelt birthday message on his Instagram Stories.
“19?!! Slow down! Happy Birthday, Jack,” he wrote alongside photos of his son making a basketball dunk. “I don’t think I could do that at 19…”
In addition to Jack, Brady is also the father of son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13, with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen. (The supermodel, 46, welcomed her third child, her first with husband Joaquim Valente, in February 2025.)
“There are definitely challenges, but there are also many blessings. As parents, we are just trying to help them navigate through it all,” Brady exclusively told Us in 2024 when discussing fatherhood. “There are a lot of amazing experiences, yet some things can be a bit tricky, but you just have to manage everything in the best way you can.”
He added, “I believe providing them with perspective is crucial. They are kids, just like us; we are all human. Everyone goes through their challenges, and they each have unique experiences. Our goal is to offer them the right perspective based on our experiences that relate to their lives.”
For the Super Bowl champion, Brady hopes that each of his three children will ultimately discover “a life filled with purpose.”
“As parents, our desire is for our children to exceed our achievements, and I believe this is universal. My parents did that for me,” Brady expressed to Us. “I aim to guide my children toward lives filled with purpose, joy, happiness, and the opportunity to build a family and pursue their passions each day.”
Meanwhile, Moynahan, 55, marked Jack’s significant milestone with a subtle nod on her social media account.
“The love of my life doesn’t call me romantic names or nicknames. The love of my life calls me ‘mom,’” a quote the actress shared via Instagram on Saturday.
