Benny Blanco Posts Transformation Video of His Eyebrow Grooming Journey
Benny Blanco has finally groomed his unibrow, and people’s reactions are quite mixed.
On Saturday, March 22, Blanco, 37, unveiled his new appearance in a video posted on TikTok. “Hey everyone, here’s the before,” he said while zooming in on his forehead. His fiancée, Selena Gomez, can be heard encouraging him from the background to “be gentle.”
An esthetician then began tweezing the hairs between Blanco’s brows, followed by using a razor to trim some of the hair, which Blanco seemed to find uncomfortable. “Owwww, are we almost done?” he inquired.
Even though Blanco claimed he “couldn’t even notice the difference” by the end of the trim, his fans certainly did, with many attributing the change to Gomez, 32.
The couple got engaged in December 2024, although Blanco mentioned during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, March 20, that Gomez almost skipped her own engagement.
“We had a lot of promotional work for the album,” Gomez explained. “So I woke up feeling confused about what was happening and where we were headed because it seemed like quite a journey. I was a bit grumpy and tired… I said, ‘After this shoot, I’m going to hang out with my friends.’ And he started saying, ‘Okay, sure. We’ll see when you get here.’”

“She nearly didn’t arrive. She said, ‘I don’t really feel well. I think I’ll just stay home today. Can’t we reschedule the shoot?’” Blanco recalled. “And I was like, ‘Uhh…’ I was trying to find a way to…”
He also confessed that the atmosphere between them was tense leading up to the proposal.
“First off, getting engaged to someone is the most surreal experience,” Blanco said. “It’s like, just before you’re about to tell someone you’re going to spend your life together. They’re like, ‘Show me how convincingly you can deceive me.’ It’s the most challenging… She was upset with me because the day before, I was telling some white lies.”
The couple announced their engagement on December 11. “Forever begins now,” Gomez captioned an Instagram post that day featuring a picture showcasing her engagement ring.
In his response, Blanco celebrated the milestone by commenting, “Hey wait… that’s my wife.”
