OnlyFans Model Scarlet Vas Welcomes Baby with Her Stepbrother
OnlyFans star Scarlet Vas and her stepbrother-turned-husband Tayo Ricci have proudly announced the birth of their first child together.
Vas, aged 29, and Ricci, 27, shared the joyous news of their baby’s arrival on Instagram with a collection of photos on Thursday, December 26.
The initial image from their post depicted the delighted parents holding their newborn daughter, who graced them with her presence on Christmas Day. Another photo captured a close-up of the baby’s tiny hand nestled in her parents’ hands.
The baby’s face was concealed by an emoji, and Vas and Ricci opted not to disclose their daughter’s name.
“Our Christmas miracle has finally arrived🤍,” they wrote in the caption of their joint Instagram post. “Merry Christmas from our family to yours.”
Vas, known for her role as Mishti Sharma on the Australian soap Neighbours from 2017 to 2018, first announced her pregnancy in September and has since been sharing her motherhood journey on social media.
The pair initially crossed paths as teenagers through mutual friends in Australia before they wed in Mykonos, Greece in September 2023. Interestingly, two of their parents later married each other, making Vas and Ricci stepsiblings. While it’s unclear which parent remarried, Vas previously mentioned in TikTok videos that they share a mother.
Despite receiving some criticism regarding their relationship, Vas shared with news.com.au in a September interview that they do not allow the backlash to affect them.
“Honestly, it doesn’t affect us because we have each other,” she said. “I don’t really read the comments, but if I do, I find them quite amusing. We see trolls as quite entertaining.”
Vas continued, “If there’s something really negative, we might respond; we think it’s a good disarming tactic.”
The social media influencer stressed that she and Ricci are not “blood relatives.”
“We met when we were about 13 through mutual friends; our families were acquainted, and they introduced us, so we’ve known each other for a long time,” she explained.
Vas has been candid about stepping away from her acting career to pursue a successful path on the adult subscription platform OnlyFans.
In May 2023, she discussed her earnings from creating content both solo and with Ricci on the “Uncensored Podcast.”
“I’m in the top 0.01%, which is quite remarkable on OF. Each month has been improving; my highest was almost $200k last month, and I expect to surpass $200k this month,” she stated. “Our fans adore us, whether as a couple or not. He’s my stepbrother, and we’ve known each other for ages.”
